A Comment on Canada

So here I am, back home, dispatching this entry from the middle of nowhere that I call home.

I've already noticed something that really REALLY bothers me about being home. Canadian commercials, they're just awful. The main culprit however is the current Mr. Sub spot. To take something as alternative and cool as Napoleon Dynamite, put a look a like in a sub shop, have him say "Do you have green olives....wick-ed" its blasphemy, it really is. I hate it, I want to find the actor, director, and pitch man for this atrocity, stuff them in the back of an unmarked van and drive them to a deserted locale and rituallistically slaughter them, preferably by the ancient art of 'Death by 1000 Cuts'. That would almost make up for the hurt they've caused to me, and the millions of Canadians that are forced to sit and watch this substandard pap. It doesn't even make me want to buy a sub! It makes me want to firebomb every single Mr. Sub franchise in the GTA!

Anyway, my trip home was uneventful, saw Hitch - pretty funny - even if it was edited for the plane, which is worse than TBS editing, they don't even use the same voice actor. Will be pretty busy over the next few days, so I don't know if I'll update - considering I rarely do, even when I'm not busy.

Off to Chuck Palahniuk tonight and Oasis on Friday, so I may have to post about that, I guess.
That's all for now,
Peace Out.
