Just a note of sadness over the death of Steve "The Crocodile Hunter" Irwin. I've been a big fan of his for a number of years now, and am gutted to hear that he has died. My thoughts are with his family and loved ones -- the crazy bastard.
I actually think the international community is more affected by this than australians. They're all about celebrating his life and his values, rather than mourning his death here.
Its really sad actually, David Suzuki made a touching speech about Mr. Irwin as he happened to be in Sydney the day he died.
Poor guy probably never say the sting ray's barb coming.
